Membership has its privileges
Team Alex Plus was started as way to cover the cost of maintaining, entertaining, feeding and supporting our group. This year the coronavirus has seriously curtailed our ability to eat, drink and be merry together. It has also taken away the special opportunity we have all come to love at the end of the ride when we are cheered on and greeted by our Wish Heroes.
Last summer, in the absence of our spring kickoff, WAM and Heroes Hurrah, we still managed to stay connected with those great kids and their families. The colorful banners, ride by visits and super fun custom cornhole game really did spark joy. We also pulled off a very well received "Sleep at Home WAM".
At this point we still don't know what the weekend of July 23- 25 will look like but, regardless of how things go, we will still have expenses. Andor that, we still need your $$$.
So, joining Team Alex Plus this year gives all us the opportunity to support our Wish Heroes and our team while reaping the benefits of some great perks at the same time! Its also a good way to make yourself feel better about that discount you have already been claiming at the bike shop.*
